Motivation

My inspiration for studying Mechanical Engineering came from my interest in alternative energy studies. However with my studies progressing I have developed my interests in areas as diverse as the comprehensive field  of Mechanical Engineering.

The renewable resources provide immense promise of meeting the world energy needs in future. I have profound interest in Thermodynamics and Material sciences and advanced manufacturing. I have developed a strong interest on newer , better materials being developed and Nanotechnology – with its applications as diverse and useful as Mechanical, aerospace and biomedical engineering, energy storage and energy generation.

On that regard photovoltaic materials, for solar cells and similar purposes form my basic research interest now.

Apart from energy, principles of flight and improving on the technologies already present give me inspiration to continue studies on that regard. With the world scenario today looking at a energy efficient tomorrow, the technological challenges present an exciting avenue to channelize my efforts towards human good.

As engineers, we must try to make the lives of other people better. In this regard, the possibilities of contributing from any domain is virtually endless.
